General

What is Pulsac?
Pulsac is an all-in-one business management app built for Nigerian shops, salons, farms and freelancers. It helps you record income and expenses in Naira, manage clients and appointments, handle inventory, send SMS payment reminders, and see your profit at a glance — all in one place, and it works offline.
Who is Pulsac for?
Pulsac is designed for small and medium businesses in Nigeria — beauty salons, retail shops, logistics, fashion designers, farmers and agro-dealers, freelancers, consultants, and any owner who needs to run their business on their phone. If you currently use notebooks, WhatsApp messages, or spreadsheets, Pulsac replaces all of them.
Do I need to be tech-savvy to use Pulsac?
Not at all. Pulsac is built to be as simple as texting. You can record your first transaction in under 10 seconds, and there's no accounting jargon anywhere. If you can use WhatsApp, you can use Pulsac.
What devices does Pulsac work on?
Pulsac runs in any modern web browser — on your phone, tablet, or laptop. You can also install it as an app on your home screen (iOS and Android) for a native app feel without downloading from an app store.

Pricing

How much does Pulsac cost?
We offer three self-serve plans: Free (₦0/month, forever), Pro (₦4,000/month), and Business (₦12,000/month). Quarterly payments get 5% off and yearly payments get 2 months free. Larger teams can ask us for custom Enterprise pricing.
Is the Free plan really free?
Yes, forever. No credit card required, no hidden fees. The Free plan includes 50 records/month, 20 products, 5 SMS reminders, and 1 business — plenty for a starting entrepreneur. A record is any money entry you save: a sale, an income entry, or an expense.
How do I pay for Pro or Business?
Payments are processed through PalmPay, a Nigerian payment provider. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or USSD. Pulsac never auto-renews — you pay only when you choose to extend your plan.
Can I switch or cancel my plan anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or simply stop paying at any time. When your paid plan expires, your account automatically drops to the Free plan — all your data stays and you're charged nothing.

Features

Does Pulsac work offline?
Yes. Pulsac is designed offline-first. You can record sales, expenses, and transactions without an internet connection, and everything syncs automatically the moment you're back online. This is essential when the power goes and the network is patchy.
Can I track multiple businesses?
Yes — on the Business plan. Up to 3 separate businesses under one account, each with its own books, inventory, and staff. Free and Pro plans support 1 business.
Does Pulsac send SMS reminders to customers?
Yes. Pulsac sends SMS reminders to your customers for appointments, invoices, and payments. Every plan includes free monthly SMS credits (Free: 5, Pro: 50, Business: 200). Need more? Top up Pulsac Credits (1 credit = ₦1) any time.
Can I invite my staff or team members?
Yes — on the Business plan, which includes up to 15 staff seats. Each staff member gets their own login, so you can see who recorded what and control what they can access.
Can I export my data?
Yes, on the Pro and Business plans — PDF and CSV exports for all your reports, which is what accountants and loan applications ask for. The Free plan doesn't include exports, but your data is never locked away: upgrade for a month, export, and drop back to Free.

Security

Is my business data safe?
Every connection to Pulsac is encrypted in transit (HTTPS/TLS), and your business data lives on managed cloud infrastructure rather than on your device — so a lost or stolen phone doesn't mean lost books. Only you and the team members you invite can see your business data, and each staff member has their own login.
Who owns my data?
You do — always. We never sell your business data, and we never hand it to advertisers. The only parties who touch it are the service providers that make Pulsac work — hosting, payments, SMS delivery — each named in our Privacy Policy. Deleting a business in Settings permanently removes its records, and Pro and Business plans can export everything to PDF or CSV first.
What happens if I lose my phone?
Your data is safe — it's stored in the cloud, not on your device. Just log in on any other device and you'll see everything exactly as you left it. You can also use Sign out everywhere in Settings to protect your account if a device is stolen.

Support

How do I get help?
Email support@makhaniel.com any time. We read every message, and Business plan customers go to the front of the queue.
Do you offer onboarding help?
Yes. The app walks you through setup in under 5 minutes, and if you're moving a team over from another system, email support@makhaniel.com and we'll help you plan the switch.

Nigeria-specific

Does Pulsac support Naira?
Yes — Pulsac is Naira-native. Every amount is displayed in ₦, and there's no currency conversion or foreign symbols to work around.
Does Pulsac work with Nigerian banks?
Payments (subscription and Pulsac Credit top-ups) go through PalmPay, which supports all major Nigerian banks via transfer, card, and USSD. For everyday business use, Pulsac doesn't connect directly to your bank — you record income and expenses manually, which most Nigerian SMEs prefer for accuracy and privacy.
Is there a phone number for support?
Email is fastest — support@makhaniel.com. We keep support text-first so we can answer in minutes rather than leave you holding on a line.
