Pulsac has three self-serve plans: Free (₦0/month), Pro (₦4,000/month), and Business (₦12,000/month). The Free plan is free forever — no credit card required. Larger teams can ask us for custom Enterprise pricing.

Every plan includes free monthly SMS reminders. Need to send more? Top up Pulsac Credits any time (1 credit = ₦1, and one SMS costs 10 credits) and pay only for what you send.

What's included in Pulsac Pro?
Pulsac Pro (₦4,000/month) includes unlimited records, unlimited products, advanced analytics, PDF and CSV report exports, and 50 free SMS reminders per month. It's built for a single business owner scaling past the Free plan's limits.
Do you offer discounts for paying yearly?
Yes. Quarterly payments get 5% off, and yearly payments get 2 months free (~17% off). Pro comes to ₦40,000/year, and Business to ₦120,000/year.
Is there a free trial for Pro or Business?
The Free plan is our permanent free tier — no trial needed. Use it forever within the monthly limits and upgrade to Pro or Business whenever you need more.
How do I pay? Do you accept bank transfers?
Payments run through PalmPay, a Nigerian payment provider. You can pay by bank transfer, card, or USSD. There's no auto-renew — you pay only when you choose to extend.
Can I get a refund?
Yearly plans can be refunded pro-rata within the first 30 days, less a ₦5,000 processing fee. Monthly and quarterly payments aren't refunded for partial periods — but since nothing auto-renews, you're never charged for a period you didn't choose. Pulsac Credits and SMS already sent aren't refundable. Email billing@makhaniel.com to request one.
